Receptionist

A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Receptionist to join an independent, mixed practice located in the East Sheen/Richmond area of London.

Start date - As soon as possible. This is a Maternity Cover with the view to become permanent.

Working 4 days per week. The exact days and hours are to be confirmed.

Reception
- Answer the telephone and emails in the prescribed manner
- Welcome all patients arriving at the practice
- Ensure the appointment system is efficient and accurate
- Ensure 6 months recall is arranged once the patient completes their treatment.
- Collect and record patient payments
- Ensure practice opening and closing routine is followed in the agreed manner

The successful candidate will show…
- Great communication skills
- Dental Receptionist experience (minimum 2 years)
- Be an excellent team player
- Have attention to detail
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Knowledge of SOE would be useful however not essential (Training provided)
- Good co-ordination and organisation skills

The practice consists of 4 modern surgeries, fully equipped and computerised using Software of Excellence.

Salary is dependent on experience and to be discussed further at interview stage. This will be from £11+ per hour.

Closest Station is Mortlake on British Rail from London Waterloo or Richmond on district line and then a bus.

This role would be ideal for a Dental Receptionist who is looking to step up and take on some more duties within the practice. Training can be provided however candidates must have Dental Reception/Administration experience.
