Independent Dispensing Optician Job, Harrow

The Optometry division at Prospect Health is currently recruiting for an ambitious, passionate Dispensing Optician to join a highly regarded independent practice based near Harrow.

The position can either be full or part-time, with a minimum of 3 days but will include a Saturday with typical working hours of 8:45am-5:45pm.

Within this position you will work as part of a tight-knit team of Optical professionals and support staff, that work hard to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service.

Key Duties

* High end independent practice where you will be dispensing premium lenses and a wide range of designer frames
* Clinically focussed practice with an emphasis on repeat custom
* Flexible 30 - 45 minute testing times with extended time dispense, enabling exceptional high quality patient care
* Low staff turnover with several member of staff having over 10 years+ tenure
* Working hours 8:45am - 5.45pm Monday to Friday, however days in the week can be flexible to you
* Shorter day Saturday 8:45am - 4pm
* Closed Sundays

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* DO qualification and fully registered with the GOC
* Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience post qualification
