Medacs Healthcare are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Stafford.

Full time 08:30 - 17:00

Purpose of the role

Responsible for managing the day to day activities of the Stafford office. This includes leading employees and assisting the Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager in achieving targets. You will be focussed on driving productivity and looking at growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* To manage the day to day activities of the offices and admin staff.
* Managing sickness absence, appraisals, and development for employees in line with company policies and procedures.
* Preparing monthly MI documents for clients and employees.
* Ensuring the office is running in the most productive and cost-efficient manner, implementing new ways of working where necessary.
* Be one of the first points of contact for any day to day issues for team members.
* Assisting the Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager in identifying any issues and making recommendations on how performance levels within the contract can be further enhanced.
* Ensuring the best deployment of clinical resources to forecasted requirements and budget, utilising management information to minimise potential under/over resources and implement efficiencies.
* Assisting with home set up and resolving IT issues
* Point of contact for admin/HPs across all sites - assisting with the daily running of appointments and allocating slots.
* To implement and manage change as required
* To hold regular team meetings/ one to ones
* Other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time

Key Skills and Experience

* Management Experience
* Administration Experience
* Confident telephone manner
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* IT skills, predominantly excel, word and outlook
* Attention to detail vital - especially on reports
* Ability to delegate where needed
* Excellent oral / written communication skills.
* Excellent organisation / analytical skills.
