We have an opportunity for an organised and professional Clinical Receptionist to join our expanding team, working on the reception for a variety of state-of-art private clinics in the heart of Westminster.

Role Purpose:

At 107 Harley Street, the Clinical Receptionist will provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, consultants and other members of the care team. They will ensure enquires are promptly, efficiently and courteously handled; documents filed, recorded and distributed accurately and promptly; surgery premises kept tidy and professional.

Core Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
• To ensure all telephone calls are managed appropriately
• To manage the flow of patients arriving at the reception desk, for appointments, prescriptions or queries
• To ensure the consultants receive medical records as requested

Qualifications & Technical Skills
• At least three GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or higher including English Language and Maths

Knowledge & Experience
• To be fully conversant with all Microsoft Office software and be PC literate
• Previous experience in an administration or customer-facing role • Previous experience in a healthcare setting/
