Field Service Engineer - Air filtration

Are you currently working as a Service engineer in the Hospital setting but could be open to a new challenge?

We are delighted to be working with a high growth business who specialise in air filtration capital units. Their product is diverse, can be used in multiple environments and gives customers a key tool in the fight Vs COVID to provide safe working environments. They are keen to appoint an Field Service Engineer who has experience of working in the hospital setting.

Candidates looking to be considered, must have 18 months experience of working as a Field Service Engineer in the Hospital setting.

In this role you will deliver filter maintenance, service, maintenance, and support installation projects - You will work closely with clients and be happy to travel around the territory working in the hospital setting.

Territory Details

South East with Occasional travel

Key Duties

* Deliver Filter work, service, maintenance, repair and installation services across the hospital network
* Liaise with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver service
* Maintain service oriented, customer relationship management
* Ensure all Medical's product are maintained in optimum condition
* Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues
* Give basic support and training to Customers where required

Package and Benefits

* £ 27,000 - 34,000 depending on experience
* Company Vehicle
* Flexible working across a full-time working week

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Field Service Engineering experience of at least 2 years - ESSENTIAL
* Hospital Engineering Experience of at least 18 months - ESSENTIAL
* Exposure to Air filtration or water systems - PREFERRED
* Experience of working with medical professionals
* Candidate must live on territory, ideally SE of the country with good motorway access
* Full driving license!
