Dental Nurse

A new opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dental Nurse to join a friendly, independent practice located in St Albans.

Start date - As soon as possible

This role is to work full time, Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

The role will involve working alongside an Orthodontist or Therapist carrying out Orthodontic nursing duties. Previous experience as an Orthodontic nurse would be beneficial but is not essential, the practice are happy to accept applications from nurses with a general dentistry background as full training will be given.

Applicants are preferably registered Dental Nurses, but consideration will be given to nurses already enrolled on a Dental Nursing course as long as their record of experience has already been completed.

This is a 2 surgery practice, fully equipped and computerised using Orthotrac dental software. Digital X-rays, OPG on site.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to work under pressure, be a team player and have a 'can do' attitude to work.

Salary - £23,205 per year (£10.50 per hour)
