Full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner Job, Reading

An excellent practice in Reading is seeking a new Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

The practice delivers care to a large population of circa 15,000 patients in the Reading community. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be working alongside a team of ANPs and be supported be an effective management and admin structure. The practice has a near perfect QoF score which it strives to maintain with exceptional patient care.

If you are an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner that is looking for a thriving practice in Reading with a large multi-disciplined team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Duties

* Your duties will be a mix of telephone and face to face consultations which will be organised by a work-flow optimisation system in place to assist you. The practice is keen on efficiency and organisation so it is essential that you are proactive in prioritising your day.
* You will support the GP team and work alongside a team of ANPs. You will be autonomously assessing and prescribing to your patients.

* Circa £50,000 (full time equivalent) available depending on experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

You will have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification, be NMC registered and hold a prescribing qualification.

* ANP with prescribing qualification essential
* Primary care experience essential
