Audiologist Job, Yeovil

A brand new opportunity has become available for an Audiologist to join a highly reputable and well-established hearcare provider based in Yeovil.

Working as an Audiologist in a state of art purpose designed practice, you will enjoy the benefit of a personal receptionist/HCA, state of art diagnostics, extended test times circa 1.5 hours+ and the opportunity to work with some of the leading hearing aids that the industry has to offer.

In return for your dedicated services, you will be offered a generous basic salary, uncapped gross income from rewarding commissions, raft of additional lifestyle benefits and company car / car allowance.

Working mid-week only 9am-530pm with very limited if any home visits required the role also offers fantastic work life balance and controlled clinical environment where you have the freedom to focus on the personal needs of your clients.

Key Duties

* The position will require the Audiologist or RHAD to undertake thorough diagnostics working with latest state of art testing facilities and sound proof conditions.
* Having established your client's hearing care needs you will provide personalised product recommendations demonstrating the attributes of some the best hearing aids available in the market today.
* Additionally you will provide ongoing aftercare to your clients and establish your reputation in the area as a provider of high levels of quality care.
* Working hours are full time 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and no weekend work.
* Additional services such as wax removal may also be requested to suit client requirements with full training provided as required.
* Additionally you will liaise closely with the senior management team in regards to clinic performance and be proactive to ensure the ongoing commercial success of the business.
* Ultimately you must be a highly personable and knowledgeable audiologist who is comfortable working in an established commercial practice.

* Fantastic basic salary circa £30,000+ DOE

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Qualified Audiologist or RHAD fully registered with the HCPC
* 2/3 post qualified private commercial Audiology experience is essential
* Must have right to work in the UK
* Full UK drivers licence required or you should be close to sitting your practical driving test
* Should be confident to work independently
* Flexible to undertake some home visits if necessary but this is likely to be a very limited aspect of this particular opportunity
* Whilst training will be offered in regards to all aids and services being provided at the practice, candidates should still have overall strong product knowledge and interest in latest technological developments
* Commercially aware candidate who is proactive to ensure maximum value from all client interactions
