Audiologist Job, Canterbury

A brand-new opportunity has become available for an Audiologist to join a highly reputable and well-established Hearcare provider based near Canterbury.

Working as an Audiologist in a state of the art purpose designed practice, you will be supported by an experienced HCA, have extended test times circa 1.5 hours+ and the opportunity to work with some of the leading hearing aids that the industry has to offer.

In return for your dedicated services, you will be offered a generous basic salary, uncapped gross income from rewarding commission schemes and a raft of additional lifestyle benefits and company car / car allowance.

This is a mid-week only role from 9am-5:30pm with very limited if any home visits required, offering a fantastic work-life balance where you have the flexibility to focus on the needs of your clients.

Key Duties

* The role will require the Audiologist/RHAD to undertake thorough diagnostics working with latest state of art testing facilities and soundproof conditions.
* Having established your client's hear care needs, you will provide bespoke product recommendations demonstrating the attributes of some the best hearing aids available in the market today
* Additionally, you will provide ongoing aftercare to your clients and establish your reputation in the area as a provider of high levels of quality care
* Working hours are full time 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and no weekend work
* Additional services such as wax removal may also be requested to suit client requirements with full training provided as required
* Additionally, you will liaise closely with the senior management team in regard to clinic performance and be proactive to ensure the ongoing commercial success of the busines

Package and Benefits

* Fantastic basic salary circa £30,000+ DOE
* Bonuses available in line with business performance, with realistic gross personal income of circa £50,000 - £65,000+

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Qualified Audiologist or RHAD fully registered with the HCPC
* 1-year post-qualified private commercial Audiology experience is essential
* Must have right to work in the UK
* Full UK drivers licence required
