Occupational Therapist (OT) - East London

Pay Rate: £21.15 per hour (PAYE)

Starting: ASAP

Length: 3 month contract

If you are available within the next 4 weeks, Sugarman have a great opportunity available to work as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in East London. This role is for an Occupational Therapist to cover a new step-down facility.

This is a rehab therapy setting where the aim is that the patients will be in for a 2 weeks period before they are then ready to return home. Patient will be coming directly from the hospital setting and may have been treated for COVID when in the hospital setting but all patients will have been assessed as medically fit for discharge before coming to the service.

All patients are in individual rooms and full PPE and staff changing facilities (including shower) will be available.

OT would be expected to pick cases from community rehab if the rehab setting is quiet.

You must have the below requirements to work as an Occupational Therapist:

* Full HCPC registration
* Experience of working as an Occupational Therapist
* High standards in written and oral communication
