RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintaining a pipeline of tested, assessed, referenced and motivated workers ensuring compliance with any relevant laws, operating standards and client contractual requirements.
* Handling all recruitment administration, advertising, including reference checks and first sign off of compliant files.
* Interviewing all prospective candidates, telephone screening and completing compliance checks.
* At times you may be required to carry out open days in different parts of the UK that your branch covers, so this role will entail some travel.
* Maintaining appropriate filing and retrieval systems.
* Liaising with the training team to ensure a clear transition from compliance to training.
* Maintaining administrative systems to ensure accuracy of records and effective safe keeping of information.
* Assisting with resolving detailed mobile worker queries competently and comprehensively, any matters that cannot be resolved by you will be escalated to your line manager or relevant support function

* Supporting day to day operations and delivering targeted sign offs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as per the targets set in branch.
* Working in a manner which is consistent with the Company values, policies and procedures.

* You will ensure that there are sufficient workers available to meet client/service user requirements.
* You will manage and monitor complex shift rotas to ensure that the level of care provided supports the user's needs.
* With the support of your Registered Manager, you will remain up to date with changes and updates in relevant legislation and Group Policy and Procedures

* You will ensure that all workers registered are compliant with CQC essential standards and Group Policy and Procedure.

* You will be responsible for maintaining worker records in line with both Sugarman Health and Wellbeing operating procedures and group standards
* You will assist and resolve mobile work queries competently and comprehensively and handle and rectify client queries
* You will be responsible for communicating to the family and necessary government bodies, or any changes of condition or needs of the Service User.
* You will work with your management, clients and colleagues to leverage safe working practices
* You will effectively manage the relationship between Service Users, Families and Government Bodies..

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Customer focused, professional and able to present yourself in a manner that best represents the business.
* Able to multitask, prioritise a demanding workload and work towards and within deadlines.
* A good planner with excellent organisational skills.
* Self motivated and able to identify opportunities.
* Innovative, forward thinking and able to think of effective recruitment solutions.
* Full awareness of safe practices within the sector and a thorough understanding of the market(s) in which we operate.
* Able to work collaboratively whilst having the ability to delegate where necessary.
* Demonstrates excellent leadership and coaching skills.
* Ability and desire to support the wider business and other brands where necessary.
* Competent in all IT packages relevant to the role.
