Medme Vital Cardiology Services, a part of Medme Group – a fast growing business at the edge of IT and medicine, providing services in distant interpretation of cardiologic exams is looking for the Clinical Lead (Cardiology).

The Role

The Clinical lead will take overall responsibility for setting up and further effective operations of the medical reporting center and the clinical governance arrangements.
The scope will include but not be limited to:
 Provide sourcing, clinical assessment, hiring, adaptation and initial training of the reporting center staff;
 Design, implement and adjust where necessary the medical reporting process.
 Make sure the staff is regularly trained and compliant to required standards;
 Address clinical incidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions;
 Take responsibility and manage the Quality Assurance of services provided to clients;
 Analyze best practices and advise on product/service improvements;
 Step in to customer support issues where applicable;
 Support where necessary, the sales team in their interactions with potential and existing clients.


The Clinical lead candidate should be a recognized, open-minded professional enthusiastic to bring new technologies and deliver efficiencies through these technologies to the healthcare industry. Skills and competencies will include:

 10+ years’ experience in clinical cardiology practice, preferably having their NHS practice in a teaching hospital;
 Experience in managing clinical staff, setting/developing processes and having a strong professional network;
 Certified cardiology professional with knowledge of clinical governance;
 Good negotiation and presentation skills, ability to build win-win partnerships;
 Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
 Good PC skills.
