TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Dual Qualified RGN & RCN for a leading provider of Homecare Nursing Services on a national scale.

This is a full time permanent role based in Dublin.

We are looking for innovative, enthusiastic professionals who demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation while displaying flexibility and ability to adapt to change to join our team in offering a comprehensive high quality standard of nursing care and administration of prescribed intravenous treatment to patients/clients across a broad spectrum of specialty areas, within the home and community setting.


Key Competencies & Qualifications

•Paediatric & General Nursing Qualification

•Cannulation & Phlebotomy Skills Essential

•Demonstrable IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.

•High degree of self motivation.

•Evidence of personal and professional development

•Effective administrator, with a high level of attention to detail.

•Demonstrable computer skills in Word (preferable Microsoft Office) and email

•Must have the ability communicate clearly with clients and build good rapport with new contacts.

•Full clean driving license – as this is a community based service (both urban & rural). The applicant must be prepared to drive significant distances to client’s home.

•Good time management skills.

•Displays a good deal of flexibility and is adaptable to change.

•Likes to work alone yet values their position within a team.

•Demonstrates good sound judgement.

Eligibility to live and work in Ireland


Key Responsibilities:

•Administration of an IM/IV injection therapy to patients to the highest clinical and ethical standards.

•Maintenance of accurate and detailed records and the return of all patient records and files to head office.

•To liaise closely with all other healthcare personnel associated with a home care patient e.g. general practitioner, public health nurse, local pharmacy etc.

•Attend relevant meetings with company and/or clients and facilitate meticulous feedback.

•Keep abreast of current trends and developments in professional matters and in clinical care. Ensure that clinical skills are maintained.

•Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
