Registered Care Manager, 5 bed residential service, Hemel Hempstead, Salary £33k - £35k + Bonus

* A flat management structure allows the owner to be very reactive where decisions are made quickly and they are very responsive to the needs of both the service and staff teams
* An autonomous role, the new Manager will be 'Captain of the Ship', where they will lead from the front but you will be fully supported by an experienced owner who has a history of working within the Health and Social Care field for the last 20 years

THE HOME

A converted property set in a residential location, the home has been adapted to suit service users with physical disabilities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll be given a considerable degree of autonomy where the owners are very open to ideas allowing you to put your own mark on the operation. You will lead the care home in line with CQC compliance, retain a solid staff team and ensure the home remains fully occupied.

THE PERSON

A Registered Manager who has taken a service through a minimum of 2 CQC inspections, achieving a good result.

THE REWARDS

A salary of up to £35k + bonus
