Clinical Lead, Nursing Home, Isle of Wight

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join a growing, award winning group with multiple services across the South of the UK. This particular role is to be based at a large Nursing Home, with accommodation for 80 older people, specialising in dementia care and mental health conditions, situated on the Isle of Wight.

OPPORTUNITY

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse to join an established organisation in a position of responsibility.

Day to day duties will involve:

* Conducting assessments and formulating care plans
* Working to ensure maximum independence of residents
* Maintaining an atmosphere of calm in the home by encouragement and leading by example whilst caring for residents
* Training and mentoring of staff
* Supernumerary duties

THE PERSON

* The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC PIN number
* They will have excellent communication skills
* They will possess leadership skills, leading by encouragement and setting an example for the team
