Exciting rare fully independent and highly established independent Dentist job in Newark.

Excellent opportunity to join a fully independent practice on a full or part time basis. You will enjoy the benefits of an already well established client base to walk into as well as a recently refurbished practice with excellent facilities and highly experienced support team.

Location - Newark

The Role

* Full or part time available with no evening or weekend work as shift patterns are in line with practise opening hours of 9-5
* Excellent earning potential with an established and growing client list where there is now a waiting list due to demand, alongside great private income
* Four surgery practice working alongside other highly experienced professionals with excellent staff retention
* Non-pressurised working environment with highly supportive and flexible employer
* Fantastic modern facilities and equipment with practice only recently fully refurbished with plans to go fully digital early in the new year

Key Benefits

* Fully flexible UDA contract with the dentist able to take on as many as they are comfortable with
* Generous £12 per UDA offered with good private potential in a busy mixed practise
* Percentages splits are 50/50 across the board with fantastic earning potential available up to circa £100k+ pro rata
* 20 days holiday + bank given with additional support available for any further qualifications the dentist may wish to pursue
* Extensive highly experienced support team available including hygienist with extremely high staff retention
* Great clinical freedom provided with quality focussed service provider

Key Skills and Qualifications

* All levels of experience welcome to apply but must be confident to provide both NHS and private services
* GDC and national performers registration will be required in order commence employment
