An exciting opportunity has become available for a part time Optometrist based in Oxfordshire.

Details

The practice is a small, well established independent opticians that has a fantastic reputation for being very friendly and caring to the local community.

Opening hours:

* 9:00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 1:00 on Saturdays
* Alternate Saturdays possible
* Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays

Position available:

* Part time (2.5 days a week)
* Joint Partnership opportunity available (If interested)

The practice:

* 1 consulting room
* Experienced Dispensing Optician and Optical Assistants
* Using paper based patient management systems and state of the art equipment

Location - Oxfordshire

Key Benefits

Very competitive salary

* Between £40,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience)

Flexible testing times, enabling exceptional high quality patient care

* 40 minute testing times

Working days may vary depending on the flexibility you require offering greater freedom for work life balance

* Half day Saturdays
* Alternate Saturdays possible
* Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays

The Company continuously invest in cutting edge technology to ensure they can provide the most up to date screening and investigative techniques including:

* Thomson Test Chart
* I-care tonometer
* Fundus Camera
* Slit Lamp
* Dicon VFA
* Trial frames
* Paper based patient management system

Running specialist services including:

* Dry eye clinics

Looking to expand on more specialist areas of Optometry.

The Director is a qualified DO who truly believes in treating patients and staff fairly and honestly cares for everyone's well-being.

20 days holiday plus bank holidays, 28 in total.
