FedBucks is a Buckinghamshire based GP federation, and in April 2018 became the provider of the Urgent Treatment Centre at Wycombe Hospital and the Out of Hours service in Buckinghamshire, in collaboration with its local acute and community allied health partners under the umbrella of Bucks 24/7.

We are looking for: Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, A&E, Prescriber V300

What Can We Offer?

• Flexible working - We run both a 24-hour unit and the Out of Hours Service (OOH), so we can offer daytime, evening, overnight and weekend hours, on either a contracted or ad hoc basis. Our shift patterns are flexible from 4-6-8-12 hour shifts

Specific hours:
• OOH - 20 hours a week (Saturday and Sunday 10pm-8pm at Stoke Mandeville)
• OOH - 20 hours a fortnight (Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm at High Wycombe)
• UTC – 6 FTE (Various shifts available - part time, evenings, weekends, overnights)
Depending on your area of speciality or interest:
• We can offer a variety of OOH shifts including base shifts and home visiting. All our patients are navigated through NHS 111 to ensure they are appropriate for our service.

• We can offer work in our Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), where patients self-present with a range of complaints and severity of condition or through NHS 111.

• We have a diverse clinical team, including Urgent Care Practitioner, Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and General Practitioners. Not forgetting our team of multi skilled operational team.

• Working with us you will receive monthly clinical feedback.

• Regular clinical and safeguarding updates via a newsletter

• Monthly free educational evening on a variety of relevant topics with guest speakers
