On behalf of my client we are recruiting for a Hospital Director. This is for a specialised neurobehavioral rehabilitation for male and females aged 18 and over with an acquired brain injury including traumatic brain injury and strokes.

You must have extensive experience working at a senior level; preferably within a similar setting. Seasoned leader, with operational and financial planning experience. Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance. Experience of making informed decisions sometimes in difficult circumstances. Experience of leading a diverse team. Extensive managerial & leadership experience with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare. Strong track record of innovation and making changes to the operation to further improve the work environment and site performance.

As the Hospital Director, you will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the hospital. Ensuring that we provide a high level of care to service users. You will lead the Senior Management team on site on all aspects of day to day business. You will lead and develop a culture where the very highest standards of safety, quality and excellent patient care are consistently delivered. Develop and maintain strategic external relationships. Drive recruitment and retention plans on site. You will review any audit or inspections reports ensuring compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies.
