Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (Community)    
Clinical Nurse Manager 1 required for a community role in Cavan.  This is a part time position working 20 hours per week, days only and it's based on a maternity contract.    
The role mainly involves the ongoing planning, implementation and management of an individualised care plan for a young man with a disability in his own home.    

Duties include:       

- Providing Line Management support for all staff, nurses and care staff.
- Ensuring that all decisions and activities support the empowerment of people with disabilities
- Organising and developing person centred activities for the individual
- Leading out and support quality of life programme for the individual
- Liaising with the Service Coordinator to recruit and build a team of nursing and non-nursing staff for services as required. This is done in consultation with the individual and their family
- Delegating to and supervise nursing and non-nursing staff as required
- Managing staff rosters
- Providing induction support, supervision and training of staff


- RGN with 5 years' experience
- Good communication and excellent organisation skills required
