The Disability Analyst role is an attractive opportunity for experienced Physiotherapists that are seeking a better work to life balance, working Mon - Fri fixed 9 hour day shifts, whilst taking home a fantastic starting salary. The role is perfect for those wanting a slight change of career, but still wanting to utilise the experience and knowledge they have gained throughout their career, whilst maintaining their HCPC registration.

Role Brief:

As a Disability Analyst you will carry out face to face examinations with disability claimants at an allocated assessment centre or within an individual claimants home, producing a detailed report on how their disability/illness affects their day to day living - to be reviewed by the DWP (Department for Work and Pensions). Thorough training and support will be provided to successful candidates throughout their first 7 weeks of employment, ensuring that they develop and become Certified Disability Analysts.

"The ideal candidate for the role will be an enthusiastic PHysiotherapist with over 2 years post registration experience in a variety of clinical specialisms, with great interpersonal skills as well as a will to learn with good attention to detail. The role taker will be a confident practitioner, able to communicate well with people of all levels and backgrounds, with sound healthcare knowledge and an interest to learn a new skill"

This is a full-time 37.5 hour per week contract, with a Mon - Fri 0830 - 1730 shift pattern.

Role requirements:

* Current Eligibility to Live and work in the UK
* Current valid registration with HCPC.
* 2 years post registration experience (Mandatory)
* Experience in a variety of healthcare specialisms (Can be achieved through Rotational / bank / agency experience etc.)
* Excellent Observation and decision making skills.
* Report writing skills
* Strong will to learn a new skillset
* Great interpersonal and Communication skills.
* Good IT skills, being able to use a laptop and IT Systems / Use of Office.
