Looking for an experience social worker who have experience in writing court, CP, CIN and LAC reports.
Experience in managing a complex caseload of CP and CIN cases.
Has excellent communication and People skills.
Experience in working in a Frontline Child Protection Team.
Excellent Organisational Skills
Able to work in a flexible manner.
Have the skill to support lease experience social workers eg ASYE and Family Support workers.
Have the experience and ability to use their initiative and work under pressure.
Ability to completed task at short notice.
Have excellence ability to create SMART recommendations and Care Plans.
Ability to prioritize their work load and meet 100% timescale.
Ability to support the business needs of the team / services.
Ability to deputise in the absence of the Team manager if necessary to achieved certain tasks.
