Due to an exciting contractual win, DHU Healthcare CIC are recruiting for dispatchers based in our Leicester office to ensure the seamless dispatching of clinicians within our Home Visiting Service, and be repsonsible for monitoring all operational acitivities, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service.

What you will do;

Timely despatch home visits to the appropriate clinicians in designated cars as required, ensuring that the Company ‘priority’ and ‘time targets’ are not breached whilst ensuring the efficient use of resources
Proactively scan visit caseload to identify streamed calls via the SCM and make contacts with patients to arrange visits
Despatch and monitor the progress of home visits and maintain records appropriately.
Proactively scan visit caseload and comfort call patients during peak periodsCompliance and achievement of DHU and National quality standards

The ideal candidate will;

Be a flexible worker and able to work evenings, overnights and weekends.
Have experience working with the public ideally within the NHS or a busy setting
Highly computer literate, and ideally have experience working with adastra and systmONE.
Excellent interpersonal skills across various levels of senority.
