We are delighted to assist our client in recruiting a Paediatric Community Care Manager to work with a fantastic family owned company who will care about you as much as they care about their clients. The company has a long running established history as a health care provider delivering high quality care services to clients in their own homes. An exciting vacancy for a Paediatric Care Manager is currently available in the areas of Galway/Limerick, Dublin and Tullamore. The key focus is the care and supervision of children living at home that require comprehensive holistic support packages to improve their quality of life.

Essential Criteria:

* Registered Paediatrics nurse with NMBI
* Minimum 5 years clinical experience ideally two years in a senior position
* Clinical management of Paediatric home care cases, devising care plans and risk assessments
* Experience of leading a team and delegating tasks to nurses and HCAs, organizing rosters and coordinating treatment programs across a range of disciplines
* Conducting visits, educating and supporting families with empathy and compassion
* Must hold a valid driver's license
