Community Psychiatric Nurse, CPN - London

Length: 3 Month Contract

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

If you are available within the next 4 weeks, Sugarman Mind have an excellent position available working for a Community Mental Health Team located in London. This client is looking for a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) who has previous experience working within a Community Mental Health Team.

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), you would be required to carry out the role of a Care Coordinator under the principles of CPA. You would also be providing assessments, care planning, delivery and evaluation of those with a moderate to severe mental health diagnosis.

Sugarman Mind are looking for Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN) who are hardworking, reliable and dedicated to delivering quality care.

Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN) will need to have the below:

* Recognised professional Mental Health Nurse qualification.
* Valid NMC Pin (with no restrictions)
* Clean DBS check.
* Experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN).
* Car driver.
* Experience of working within the Community.
