Unit Manager/ Senior Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) - Complex Needs

Salary: �28,500- �38,000 per annum (�16.75 p/hour) + excellent benefits

Hours: Full time

Shifts: Flexible - day shifts / night shifts / mixed shifts available

Further Details: A fantastic brand new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work within a small and specialised care home based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The service is ideally situated in Sheffield and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly purpose built home boasts a range of excellent facilities for the residents to enjoy including regular activities and days out to suit the residents interest. The home also offers a beautiful garden and communal lounge areas for residents to relax and unwind.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading and forward thinking healthcare provider in one of their small, specialised care homes in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The service provides person centred care for residents aged 18 and above with a range mental health conditions, learning disabilities and complex care needs. This includes caring for residents with bipolar/ manic depression, Schizophrenia, Alcohol Dependence and challenging behaviour. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team on a permanent basis. The manager can be flexible to work full time, part time, days, nights or mixed shifts to suit you. The service boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous experience within a similar environment is essential for this position.
