Clinical Team Leader

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: Up to �33,968 - �37,264 + a staged �9,000 welcome bonus

Hours: Full-time - 39.375 Hours

Shifts : Early & Late shifts including Weekends

We are currently seeking a Clinical Team Leader to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

The service includes the following units;

* Adolescent Care
* Acute Psychiatric
* Eating Disorders

Your role:

To provide clinical leadership to nursing team and ensure the provision of high quality

To ensure high quality individualised person centre standards of care are delivered to all patients

Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff

To work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient with achieving their planned outcomes

To act as the lead nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge

To take charge of clinical area

The Clinical Service Unit Manager will be:-

* Hold current NMC PIN registration and adhere to the NMC Codes of Conduct at all times
* Possess clinical experience within mental health and/or LD treatment setting
* Be up to date with current practices
* Have a person centred ethos, showing empathy and a desire to make a difference
* Have the ability to motivate, lead and supervise a team
* Possess strong leadership and management qualities and be willing to take ownership forthe delivery of quality care
* Be flexible and adaptable, well organised and able to manage time and workload effectively in line with the needs of the service
* Have a legal right to work in the UK
