Registered Nursing Home Manager, Near Ipswich, £45k - £48k plus BONUS

INTRO

The reason this 22-bed Nursing Home Manager role is paying a salary well above the national average (for homes of the same size) is because we're looking for a special kind of manager - someone who isn't fazed by a challenge and is willing to assist the owner of the business implement a programme of positive cultural change. OPPORTUNITY

This purpose built, independently-owned home serves older people with varying Mental Health conditions.

A recent CQC inspection resulted in a "requires improvement" rating and highlighted the need for both operational and cultural improvements. The owner is looking for a high-quality manager who can offer strategic guidance and to act as a true mentor to the staff team and continue the performance improvement journey that has already begun.

You'll report to the owner of the business and receive loads of valuable support from senior management. He is genuinely committed to getting things right and building a service that everyone can be proud of. Whilst offering a high level of support, fast decision-making and a flexible approach to forging a working relationship that works for everyone. THE PERSON

To be successful in the role, you're going to need to be an experienced Nursing Home Manager at either registered manager or Deputy level (an active PIN is NOT essential), with good compliance skills.

THE REWARDS

Dependent on experience, a salary in the region of £45-48k, plus bonus of £5k, relating to occupancy.
