Ward Manager

Location: Kent

Salary: �36,855 - �40,638 per annum + �1000 welcome bonus

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Ward Manager to join a fantastic team who look after men and women with mental health disorders, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs.

Our low-secure site is on spacious grounds, with a dedicated service for women and a specialist unit for men who have offending behaviours.

As the ward manager you will be highly visible and accessible to patients and their families and staff, ensuring all patients and their families have the opportunity to seek information, help and support, or to communicate problematic or celebratory issues.

You will be required to have a flexible approach to hours of duty in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24 hour period.

We are looking for an experienced Nurse with previous management experience within a Mental Health / complex care setting.
