Job Title: Staff Nurse - Nights

APPHOS

Key Details: I am recruiting for multiple Registered Nurse to join a Private Hospitals located in North London to join either their busy Medical and Surgical Wards on a Night basis. You will join a multidisciplinary and expanding team to lead the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.

The Key details are -

Location: North London within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: �35,000 - �41,000 per annum / �17.94 - �21.02 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (negotiable depending on experience)

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: Full Time Nights - Please note this position is for Nights only (19:00 - 07:30)

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to join this Private Hospital based in North London, you will be part of a close nit team who are provided the opportunity - as will you - to use judgment and skills to provide the best patient care. This Hospital is position is a consultant-led service, you'll be working directly with some of the best clinical talent around, gaining experience with new practices, equipment and facilities. These are maintained to a high standard - we take great pride in our low infection rates and high CQC. You are required to Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate and Implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme. You will be assessing patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload of Surgical patients. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your own knowledge and skills and promote best practice in health and safety

Person Specification: As a nurse registered with the appropriate governing body - NMC without Restrictions- , you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You'll also have post-registration experience. Immediate / Advanced Life Support is desirable. It is a must you are able to work nights as this Is a nights only position. This healthcare provider believes in putting people first. So, you'll appreciate having the time to care - to fully understand each patient's needs and provide individual attention that can mean so much when they're at their most vulnerable. In short, you'll be able to deliver the type of care that comes naturally to a talented nurse. You'll be an excellent communicator and team worker - flexible and motivated. As part of the hospital team, you'll interact with practitioners from other departments because you understand the importance of continuity in patient care.
