Key Details: I am recruiting for a Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary and expanding team within a Private Hospital located in North London You will treat NHS & Private Patients and I am looking for a passionate Practitioner who will provide the best possible, personalised care to the people of North London

The Key details are -

Location: North London - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: �28,000 - �32,000 per annum / �14.35 - �16.41 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (Negotiable DOE)

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: Full Time - 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Theatre Practitioner to join a Hospital located in North London. You will be part of a close nit team who are provided the opportunity - as will you - to use judgment and skills to provide the best patient care. As a Theatre Practitioner you will assess, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients undergoing surgical procedures with minimal supervision. In addition to this, you will also actively contribute to the maintenance of an environment that is conducive to the delivery and promotion of a high standard of patient care. I am looking for Theatre Practitioner who will Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the Theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Theatre based opportunity to confident, proactive and demonstrate a desire to improve on their existing skill base to add value to the department. Orthopaedic Experience is desirable. You must be keen to develop both clinically as well as academically and will pride yourself on having a passion for delivering customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional patient experience. You will also need to be adaptable and able to meet changing working patterns and caseload. Current NMC Registration without restrictions is a must and post graduate experience within Theatres is required. It is desired for the successful applicant to have experience of applying clinical reasoning skills across a range and varied patient case mix and competent across a range of skills desirable .
