Be at the cutting edge of Pharmacy Care! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop, expand and implement the role of a practice pharmacist, far beyond repeat prescribing reconciliation, while supporting the local health community.

You will be pivotal to the quality of care and operational efficiency of Medicines Management and will travel daily around one of the beautiful parts of the UK. This may be more than one post available so applications welcomed to cover anywhere in Powys

You will be working with, and supported by, the Health Boards Medicines Management team.

You will be required to build relationships with experienced multidisciplinary teams throughout Powys. Your communication, clinical and innovative skills will be tested to demonstrate what can be achieved by pharmacy professionals of all grades.

If unfamiliar with GP computer systems you will be given training on there use and will be encouraged to network with other practice based pharmacy professionals.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
