Key Details: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Lead Theatre Practitioner who specialises in Anaesthetics and Recovery to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary and expanding team within a Private Hospital located in Greater Manchester. You will treat NHS & Private Patients and I am looking for a passionate Practitioner who will provide the best possible, personalised care to the people of Great Manchester.

The Key details are:

Location: Greater Manchester - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: �30,000 - �33,500 per annum / �15.38 - �17.17 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (Negotiable DOE)

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: Full Time- 37.5 hours

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a passionate Lead Theatre Practitioner who specialises in Anaesthetics & Recovery to join a Hospital located in Greater Manchester. You will be part of a close nit team who are provided the opportunity - as will you - to use judgment and skills to provide the best patient care. You will be responsible for delivering safe quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care. Leading and managing a team, coordinating staff training needs and resource requirements within a peri-operative function or surgical specialty. Maintain a knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act. Ensuring appropriate measures are taken in respect of Health and Safety for patients, relatives, visitors, hospital staff and contractors. Develop a strategy for peri-operative function and/or specialty service, including training and resource needs and implement an action plan to meet objectives.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Theatre based opportunity to confident, proactive and demonstrate a desire to improve on their existing skill base to add value to the department. Orthopaedic Experience is a must. You must be keen to develop both clinically as well as academically and will pride yourself on having a passion for delivering customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional patient experience. You will also need to be adaptable and able to meet changing working patterns and caseload. Current NMC Registration without restrictions is a must and post graduate experience within Theatres is required. It is desired for the successful applicant to have experience of applying clinical reasoning skills across a range and varied patient case mix and competent
