CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CARE HOME SALES & MARKETING
DORSET AREA - ELDERLY CARE - DEMENTIA
£35,000 COMPANY CAR + BONUSES & BENEFITS.

My client in an excellent Care Home Group with homes around the UK. They have a new opportunity for an experienced individual for their South Region based in the Dorset area who has a track record in building relationships with communities and external stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to increase occupancy within the company's care homes for older people specialising in both nursing and residential care within the Southern region (Dorset). Experience of working within the care home industry for older people would be desirable but it is not essential.

This is a newly created position due to the growth of the company. The company is committed to building its reputation for care excellent within local communities whilst showcasing the qualities of the homes in your region to prospective residents, their families and other stakeholders. The homes you will be responsible for are based in and around Dorset supporting the Home Managers and Marketing Manager in these areas.

You will be responsible for:    
Occupancy and growth across the group within the care homes in your region
Generating new leads and subsequently new clients from a range of sources
To ensure occupancy targets are achieved or exceeded
Develop relationships with third parties to maximise referrals
Introduce and promote the range of care services and bespoke solutions available
Work alongside operations team to create & deliver group growth strategy
Coaching and training of managers and teams in order to grow revenue
Strong PR & marketing programmes
Change management in order to change approach to the customer journey whilst delivering on both CQC and group outcomes
Quality rating reports and delivery of outcomes to support quality related rates in the homes
     
The Person:
Proven track record in a consultative sales environment
Self Starter who is target driven and success oriented
Marketing experience an advantage
Superior written and verbal communication skills
A clear and friendly communicator with strong interpersonal skills
A sincere passion to making a difference to the lives of older people
UK driving licence
Knowledge of adult health and social care market desirable but not essential
