An exciting sales opportunity is coming available with one of our rapid growth partners who are now very well placed in a number of consumable product areas including Respiratory, Cardiothoracic, Chest Drainage, Fertility and Labour ward devices. Our client is keen to secure a proven hospital sales professional to join their growing team and take ownership of an established territory to cover a maternity contract. Candidates should have a strong track record of success, territory management and a desire to operate with high levels of autonomy within the patch while being supported by management.

Location

North London and East Anglia

Currently Turning Over circa 900k

Duties

* Sales and management of the products within the sales area
* Achieve new business growth from existing and new customers, analysing business opportunities in order to maximise sales growth
* Achieving sales targets for the core product range in the sales area
* Create annual business plans that will ensure profitable growth in the sales area
* Provide training and support for customers and patients

* To plan effectively the sequence of calls so that a core of appointments is formed around current campaign(s) but also maintaining key account management.
* Arrange appointments with doctors, nurse specialist and procurement personnel

Package

* Competitive Basic - Upto £40k plus Bonus - 10% growth Bonus - Uncapped 8-15k year one 20-30 year two
* Executive level car
* Pension, training, medical

Key Skills and Qualifications

* The successful candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales and have experience of selling and training clinical professionals
* Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, highly organised and a strong communicator
* Candidates must be able to manage the territory and be able to strategise to produce growth and achievement
