We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of our Client, an exceptional Healthcare provider based in Mayo. The successful candidate will be offered:

Job description

* 12 hours shifts 7.30-7.30 - mostly every 3rd weekend
* Mostly day shifts, but must be flexible to do nights
* Working 3 or 4 shifts / week - averaging 40h/week
* CNM on the floor 90% of the time, 10% of time in the office (admin)

If you are a Senior Nurse, or you have experience managing other nurses in a nursing home environment, then this is your chance for a promotion.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Start Date: ASAP

Location:

67 bed nursing home in a rural location in co Mayo, near the border with co Sligo

Requirements:

* Nurse management experience in elderly care
* Active NMBI pin
* Knowledge and experience of HIQA standards and service development
* Fluent English and good communication skills
* A Genuine interest in caring for the elderly population
