TTM are currently working in partnership with a prestigious Nursing Home client with locations across the UK. We are currently looking for Nurses for one of their Homes near Launceston, Cornwall.

This is a full time position working 36 -48 hours per week. Excellent pay and benefits.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll also be the leader of a multi-disciplinary shift team supporting and mentoring everyone from Student Nurses to Carers.

You will possess the highest clinical standards and you will have a person-centred and thoughtful approach to nursing. Whether you’re making sure a new resident is settling in, developing a tailored care plan that takes care of both body and mind, providing medication safely, keeping meticulous records or carrying out a whole range of clinical tasks, from giving an injection to managing a PEG, you’ll be expected to meet the highest standards.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll need to have current NMC registration, be up-to-date with clinical practices and experience of producing comprehensive and accurate care plans and detailed risk assessments. You’ll also need an understanding of regulatory frameworks, as well as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines.
