Mental Health Support Worker.

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic & dedicated Support Worker, with experience of working within the field of Mental Health to join our established team working in our client's home in South Manchester.

Experience of working with clients with Schizophrenia or similar serious mental health disorders is desirable. Your role will be to provide personal support and practical assistance, to include assistance with medication, to our female service user in her own home and also, support her when out in the community, shopping, cinema, eating out etc. Shift patterns are 08.30 to 16.30 & 16.30 to 00.00.

Applicants must be reliable, honest, hardworking and conscientious with good communication skills and a caring nature. Excellent time keeping and attendance is also vital to the role to ensure continuity for our client. A flexible approach with a team players attitude is required for this position. A DBS will be required; the cost is £44.00 which will be reimbursed to you after 100 hours of work has been completed.
