As the Master vender for London North West NHS Healthcare trust, Medacs is given priority of all Locum Pharmacy positions across the trust which Covers both Ealing and Harrow Boroughs, we are currently looking to source Pharmacy Technicians who have the following skill sets who will be instrumental in joining and supporting busy departments to assist in providing patient care and reduce their patient waiting lists.

As a Pharmacy Technician you will be working within the hospital pharmacy and will assist the pharmacy team by performing routine tasks.

You will be overseeing and maintaining the facilities used to prepare sterile medicines, including chemotherapy and total parenteral nutrition (TPN)

The ideal candidate must have experience in aseptic and JAC dispensing software.

Education and Qualifications:

* NVQ in Pharmaceutical Services or Equivalent

* Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (or in process of obtaining membership

Experience and Knowledge:

* Knowledge of pharmaceutical technical procedures acquired though training NVQ3 and BTEC or equivalent in pharmaceutical science plus induction and CPD

* Aseptic and JAC dispensing software

* NHS experience
