Medacs Healthcare is currently looking for a Consultant Radiologist with special interest in breast to be based at a large NHS Trust based in Somerset.

SALARY SCALE: £76,761 to £103,490 per annum

Main responsibilities:

- The directorate is seeking a candidate to provide Symptomatic Breast and General Radiology services

- The requirement is for a breast radiologist and would include mammography, ultrasound, MRI and biopsy/localization. Isotopic sentinel node localization is performed but the images are not reported. They will be an active participant in the strong Breast MDT.

- To provide, to a high standard, the full range of specialist diagnosis, treatment and care to patients requiring radiology services, as outlined in the proposed programme.
