Candidate Resourcing Officer - Stafford

Medacs Healthcare, leading nursing agency and preferred supplier to several prominent NHS Trusts, are looking to recruit a CANDIDATE RESOURCING OFFICER to work from our offices in Stafford.

The role includes, but is not restricted to, the following :

*Input new registrations onto Frostnet, ensuring information regarding registration source is captured

To perform full, detailed new resourcing / registration calls as per call guides

*Sell benefits of working with Medacs Healthcare

*Arrange face to face meeting for candidate

*Advise of all documentation required in order to be successful at interview

*Discuss work requirements and positions available that meet these requirements

*To take part in campaigns to recruit new or archived candidates

*To keep informed of new procedures re: NMC, Right to Work, blood results etc.

*To utilise emails, phone calls, post, social media, etc, as means of contact

This is a permanent role with an annual salary of £15,500 and is based at our offices in Stafford.
