Job Role: Registered Nurse – Nights (RGN / RMN)
Hours: Full time or Part time
Shift Pattern: 10 pm to 8 am (Night shift)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
If you do not have NMC registration but are eligible for OSCE, the starting salary will be £19,500 based on a 37.5 hour week.
Location: Broadway Nursing Home, 26 Broadway, Blackpool FY4 2HE

Broadway Nursing Home is a purpose built home providing nursing or residential care for up to 30 older people who live with dementia. The home is situated in the south of Blackpool in a residential area close to South Shore shopping centre.

We are looking for Registered Nurses ( RGN / RMN) who are passionate and committed to providing quality nursing care to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse you will:
• Ensure that the NMC code of practice is upheld at all times
• Act as a role model for all staff and ensure that a high quality of nursing care is provided at all times for our residents
• Monitor and manage the health and well-being of our residents
• Medication management and administration
• Maintain accurate detailed reports and records
• Manage emergencies confidently

About you:
To be successful you will be:
• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) and hold current registration with the NMC
• Confident in your clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
• Able to lead a shift and direct Care Assistants
• Have a genuine desire and passion to care for older people
• Previous nursing home experience desirable, but not essential
