Barts Health NHS Trust

Locum SHO General Medicine

Orthogeriatrics/ Gastroenterology (4 months in Each) Clinical duties will be at FY1 level and will include participation in the on-call rota during Orthogeriatrics and Gastro.

We are looking to employ 1 Trust (FY1 Equivalent) doctors to commence on the as soon as possible for 8 months to cover unexpected vacancies which have arisen.

These posts will require full GMC registration. Although these posts are not administered by the North East Thames Foundation School, it is expected that the trainees will attend all Foundation Year teaching programme sessions and support will also be provided for portfolio development. An educational supervisor will be allocated. You will be expected to provide clinical work and attend all the educational opportunities which are run for the benefit of the Foundation year trainees.

If any further vacancies arise, involving different specialities it is anticipated that we will also be recruiting into these at the same time.
