Are you passionate about medical sales and love a challenge, our client is a fast growing medical device company currently operating in 33 countries worldwide and a big potential for massive growth within the UK. They currently have an established relationship within the NHS and seek a passionate territory sales manager looking for a new challenge.

Key Purpose of the Role:

* To build and manage hospital relationships & grow sales across the territory (South of England, East to West) and train healthcare professionals in the use of a new innovative system used to treat certain types of Bladder Cancer.

The Main Responsibilities of the Role are:

* To grow and develop new relationships/ sales across hospitals within the territory to maximise sales/ revenue.
* To manage the relationship with existing UK hospital accounts and other UK partners (i.e Logistics suppliers) increasing usage and building relationships.
* To conduct training for Urology doctors and nurses in the use of the system.
* To conduct initial site visits and first patient experiences.
* To keep in regular communication with all trial centres to maximize the recruitment of clinical trials and to help promote off trial use.
* To maintain good relationships with all clinical staff, including doctors, nurses, procurement and other stakeholders.
* To liaise with KOL Urologists to assist with collating information for business cases.
* To manage, trouble shoots and maintains the systems in the field.
* To order consumables for on trial centres.
* To carry out any other duties as required by the business from time to time.
* To help represent the company at conferences & meetings both within and outside territory as required. Normally within the UK although some European travel may be required.
* To develop and maintain a good profile within the business and manage time effectively and work with a flexible approach to achieve business priorities.
* To develop the business through networking and promoting the company's profile.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven sales experience in a similar role, ideally Urology sales experience but any medical device of related pharmeutical sales experience will be considered especially within a related field, i.e. Gynecology to Oncology.
* Territory management- a self-starter who is used to managing time and own diary effectively in order to achieve results.
* Track record of building new business relationships and developing existing ones.
* Able to converse in a clinical setting at all levels and demonstrate a level of clinical understanding.
* Ideally a healthcare/ nursing background or experience
* Minimum 2 years' Sales/ commercial experience.
* Flexibility to travel around the territory, requiring overnight stays up to 25% of the time (depending on location of candidate)
* Ideally already living in the South of England with a working knowledge of key hospitals
* Competitive basic salary plus commission and company car/ car allowance.
* Clean driving license essential.
