Medacs Healthcare is currently looking for a Specialty Registrar (ST4-7 equivalent) in Paediatrics based in a large university hospital in East of England.

Salary: £30,605 to £48,123 plus 40-50% banding

This is a Locum Appointment for Service (LAS) post at registrar level and although has no recognition for training purposes, the department will integrate the successful applicant into the team of SpRs, giving access to a wide range of educational opportunities and will provide consultant level educational supervision and support including, study leave and taking part in departmental and regional SpR study days. We will encourage you to develop specialist interest and take part in eportfolio to develop evidence of competencies
Registrars work in all these areas and gain experience in both medical and surgical paediatrics. There are daily consultant medical ward rounds (including weekends).

• Full registration with the GMC;
• Basic medical qualification (MB BS or equivalent)
• MRCPCH (Part 1)
• EPLS or APLS certification
• Minimum 2 years previous general paediatric experience
