We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals who are looking to work in or already have experience of working in Nursing/Residential homes providing support as a Healthcare Assistant within Oxfordshire.

We are currently looking for staff in the following areas:- Witney, Banbury, Chipping Norton, Bicester, Wallingford, Oxford and Henley on Thames.

The main qualities we are looking for are people who are of a caring nature and who are; motivated, proactive, keen to learn and will use their initiative to ensure the highest possible standard of care is given to our clients.

As a Healthcare Assistant you would be typically supporting adults who require various levels of care, some may be more independent whereas some will need more support with; feeding, personal care and mobility. If you have experience in supporting individuals who suffer with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Epilepsy then this role is perfect for you!

We offer competitive rates, from £8.28 to £13.83 per hour and pride ourselves on our friendly and professional attitudes. This is reflected both internally within our branch and externally through our agency staff.
