Registrar Rheumatology – £30,605-£72,184.50 per annum + annual leave, pension, study leave, CPD.
Medacs Healthcare is currently recruiting registrars in Rheumatology. The positions are within some of UK’s largest NHS trusts.

South East of England

Job Description:
The post will offer training in both Rheumatology and General medicine, the post holder will work with 2 Consultants in the department, both consultants are MSK ultrasound trainers and opportunities exist to gain experience of US scanning.

There will be two general rheumatology clinics and one connective tissue/vasculitis clinic per week as well as a monthly procedure clinic. The Registrar would be expected to see 2 new and 6 follow-up patients in each clinic.

There are small numbers of in-patients in rheumatology and access to day case work including joint injections, epidurals and other procedures is available. There is a monthly multi-disciplinary vasculitis MDT, weekly rheumatology education meeting and monthly trust-wide departmental audit
and education meeting.
