Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - CMHT

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a band 6 community psychiatric nurse for a locum contract Cornwall. This is a full time role.

The pay rate for this locum CPN job is £26.64 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour. This job is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the CPN:
- Delivering a range of defined activities/ interventions to improve the carer's ability to support the service user and to enable them in their relationship with the service user
- Developing and maintaining good partnerships working with other services throughout all treatment episodes, including regular liaison within Primary Health Care Team, inpatient and intensive services, day services, voluntary sector and with nominated carers/advocates
- Planning, delivering and evaluating defined, specialist therapeutic interventions as indicated in the assessment process, in line with personal recovery plans, including services users who maybe on other caseloads

Requirements of the CPN:
- Valid NMC registration under mental health
- Experience working within a similar role
- A degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
