Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Recovery Team

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a band 6 community psychiatric nurse to work in Bristol within a recovery team.

The pay rate for this locum CPN job is £22.95 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for weekday shifts, £29.84 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Saturdays and night shifts and £36.72 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Sunday and Bank Holiday shifts. This job is an initial 2-month contract.

Responsibilities of the CPN:
- Acting as a care coordinator for service users with complex needs
- Providing defined interventions to individuals on other worker's caseloads.
- Responsible for maintaining own workload as well as planning the workload of others, on a day to day basis, ensuring that time is prioritised effectively
-Responsible for facilitating the development of complex comprehensive crisis plans, rapid access plans and advanced statements

Requirements of the CPN:
- Valid NMC registration under mental health
- Experience working within a similar role
- A degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
