Locum Biomedical Scientist, Biochemistry

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated biomedical scientist to fill a full-time role in Kings Lynn. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of biomedical scientist practices and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum biomedical scientist job is £23.35 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 6-month contract.

Biomedical Scientist duties include:
- Testing human samples such as blood tissue, urine and daecal material for enzymes and hormones.
- Monitoring the effects of medication and other programmes of treatment by carrying out further tests
- Responding to and redirecting professional enquires

Requirements of the Biomedical Scientist:
All applicants must have a relevant qualification in biomedical science and at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role. Previous experience working in coagulation, haemophilia and thrombophilia is also ideal.
